Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Pinsoftek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make use of 360 Data Migrator.
You may not: (i) copy, modify or distribute the software; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software; (iii) sell, resell, rent, or lease access to the software.
While we use advanced atomic transfer technology to ensure zero data loss, Pinsoftek is not liable for any data corruption, loss, or downtime caused by underlying vendor API failures (Google, Microsoft, Dropbox) or network interruptions on your end.
All payments made via our integrated gateway (Razorpay) are final. Subscription licenses are valid for the purchased data volume limits.
